 I didn't know what to expect from a realtor, but I am definitely spoiled by how well Robert treated my wife and I. From looking at homes on his own time (which was 50+ in our house hunting adventure!) so he could take notes to weed out ones that wouldn't be a fit, to sending us updates on area trends, safety, and changes within them market, I couldn't be happier. As one half of two women looking for a place to call our home, he never pushed us to a location outside of our safety or budget range. There were certainly homes he could have pushed us to (which we thought we were interested in!) that he advised us not to, or at least to proceed with caution. Robert Moreno has been extremely helpful in my home search and helped me all the way from the beginning to finding the perfect first home for me and my wife.
